These terms apply to use of M‑VibeTix and purchases made through this online store.

1. About M‑VibeTix

M‑VibeTix provides a platform for discovering, reserving and purchasing festival, concert and entertainment-event tickets and selected event merchandise. Depending on the event, we may act as a ticket sales channel, booking platform, marketing channel or sales agent for an organizer, promoter or ticket supplier. M‑VibeTix operates under Mingalar Paradise Travels Ltd.

2. Ticket and product purchases

Before purchase, review the event, date, time, venue, ticket tier, quantity, price, inclusions, delivery method, age restrictions, admission rules and cancellation conditions. You are responsible for providing accurate purchaser, attendee, contact and delivery details.

3. Prices and fees

Prices and mandatory fees are shown before checkout. Currency-conversion, card-network or bank fees outside our control may be charged by your payment provider.

4. Payment and confirmation

Submitting payment details alone does not complete an order. Payment authorization, fraud screening, availability, inventory and final confirmation may apply. We may reasonably reject or cancel a transaction for failed payment, suspected fraud, duplicate orders, pricing or inventory error, event cancellation, unauthorized activity, or legitimate operational or legal reasons.

5. Delivery

Tickets may be supplied as a physical ticket, email, QR code, download, booking reference or another disclosed method. Merchandise and physical tickets are delivered using the method shown at checkout or agreed with our support team. Keep tickets and delivery details secure.

6. Organizer and venue rules

Attendance remains subject to organizer and venue rules, which may include age and ID requirements, security checks, prohibited items, entry and re-entry rules, dress codes, photography restrictions, safety requirements and codes of conduct.

7. Event changes

Organizers may change performers, schedules, venue arrangements, opening times or programming. Material cancellation and postponement matters are handled under the Refund Policy, event-specific terms, organizer policy and applicable law.

8. Ticket transfer, resale and misuse

You must not counterfeit or reproduce tickets, manipulate QR codes, sell the same ticket more than once, obtain tickets fraudulently, resell commercially where prohibited, use improper automated purchasing, or use M‑VibeTix unlawfully.

9. Physical merchandise

Product images are representative. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur between screens and physical items. Check the product description and sizing information before ordering.

10. Third-party services

Events, venues, delivery services and other connected services may be supplied by independent providers. Their separate terms, availability and operating conditions may apply.

11. Refunds

Refunds, exchanges and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, event-specific terms and applicable law.

12. Intellectual property

M‑VibeTix branding and original store content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Event names, artists, organizer logos, photographs, trademarks and promotional materials remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Privacy

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Payment information is also subject to the practices of the selected payment provider and relevant financial institutions.

14. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent legally permitted, M‑VibeTix is not responsible for circumstances outside reasonable control, including severe weather, restrictions, transport disruption, artist cancellation, venue closure, force majeure, telecommunications outages or independent organizer decisions. Nothing excludes statutory rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Updates

We may update these terms. The version shown at the time of checkout is the version accepted for that order.
